The TBM S94 began operations in January 2023 from the western shaft of Kapodra Station, tasked with constructing an up-line tunnel. Over the course of a year, the TBM successfully bored through approximately 1.5 kilometers.

Labheshwar Chowk

The TBM made a significant breakthrough at the unique Labheshwar Chowk Metro Station, which is situated 30 meters underground and features two platforms and two concourse levels. This station will be the second deepest metro station in India, following the Howrah Metro station of Kolkata Metro’s East-West Corridor.
